Terms and Conditions for Free Amazon Fire from Lionrock Recovery
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully regarding the free Amazon Fire offer (Offer) from Lionrock Recovery for listeners of the Hardcore Self-help podcast.
Your access to and use of the Offer is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or accept the Offer.
By accepting the Offer you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Offer.
Terms
Listeners of Hardcore Self-help who sign up for Lionrock Recovery’s Intensive Outpatient program (IOP) with Lionrock Recovery must reference coupon code “DUFF” to access the Offer. Upon signing the Client Agreement with Lionrock, and paying any applicable insurance deductible as agreed upon with the Admissions Counselor, the Listener will become a Client of Lionrock, and Lionrock will mail one (1) 8” Amazon Fire to the Client. The Amazon Fire will be pre-loaded with the Lionrock app and the Zoom app in order that the Client can immediately begin Treatment. The Client agrees to complete at least five (5) therapy sessions, based on the level of care indicated by the assessment performed by a Lionrock licensed counselor. Should the Client fail to complete at least five (5) therapy sessions, the Client agrees to reimburse Lionrock the full retail value of the Amazon Fire ($79.99).
Expiration
This Offer expires April 30, 2020.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time, without the requirement of notification.
