BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE LIONROCK RECOVERY REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE AS DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE LIONROCK RECOVERY REWARDS PROGRAM.
These Lionrock Recovery Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Recovery Rewards Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the Lionrock Recovery Rewards Program (“Recovery Rewards Program” or “Lionrock Recovery Rewards”), which is operated by Lionrock Behavioral Health, Inc. (“Lionrock”).
These Rewards Terms do not alter in any way any other agreement you may have with Lionrock. Please note that these Rewards Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Lionrock Client Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the Lionrock Client Agreement and these Rewards Terms, the Lionrock Client Agreement will control.
Lionrock reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Recovery Rewards Program and/or all or any portion of these Rewards Terms or any policy pertaining to the Rewards Program at any time and in our sole discretion, including our right to discontinue or change the benefits.
If we make changes, we will post the amended Rewards Terms to this page (www.lionrockrecovery.com/rewards-terms) and update the “Effective Date” above. Unless we say otherwise, the amended Rewards Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Recovery Rewards Program after the amended terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Rewards Terms, you must stop participating in the Rewards Program.
Rewards Program Eligibility
To be eligible for participation in the Recovery Rewards program, you must be

An active client participating in one of Lionrock’s outpatient programs for substance use disorders, currently limited to Lionrock’s Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Ascend (outpatient) programs, whose payments are current in accordance with the Lionrock Client Agreement.

A United States resident and at least 18 years of age

An owner of a mobile device which is classified as a “smartphone”. This device must be:
Enabled for wireless Internet access over a wireless carrier mobile network and have an active subscription
Equipped with a camera
Enabled to install and run applications from either the Apple iOS App Store or the Google Android Play Store
Equipped with location services which the Recovery Rewards Account Holder is willing to enable
Include sufficient memory and storage to support Lionrock’s mobile application

The Recovery Rewards Program
The Recovery Rewards Program is a free customer loyalty program that allows participants to earn Recovery Rewards Points by participating in certain recovery support activities. Lionrock Recovery Rewards Program participation requires the use of Lionrock’s mobile device application.
Joining the Rewards Program
You will automatically be enrolled in the Lionrock Recovery Rewards Program, unless and except if you affirmatively decline to participate, when you are admitted to a Lionrock substance use disorder outpatient program, subject to eligibility requirements as shown in Rewards Program Eligibility above. You can view your Recovery Rewards Program account (“Rewards Program Account”) by logging into the Lionrock mobile application, available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play. You may only have one Recovery Rewards Program Account, and it is nontransferable. You are responsible for anyone else who uses your Recovery Rewards Program Account.
Earning Rewards Points
You earn Recovery Rewards Points by participating in recovery support activities selected by Lionrock, in its sole discretion. The current set of these activities is listed below along with point values earned for participation:

Reward Activity Restrictions & Requirements
Therapy Session
You must attend the entire therapy session, arriving on-time for its scheduled start and actively participating through the end of the session. Recovery Rewards Points will not be awarded for partial >attendance, missed or excused sessions, or if, in its sole discretion, the Lionrock counselor or leadership judges that your participation was inadequate.
Scheduled Check-In
You must check-in on time to earn Recovery Reward Points. Your Check-In must include a photo image if one is required and a journal entry that conforms to the Check-In instructions. Your Scheduled Check-In must be either assigned by your Lionrock counselor or shared with the social network to earn Recovery Reward Points.
Instant Check-In
Your Instant Check-In must include both a photo image and a journal text entry which are relevant to your recovery, and must be shared with the social network unless your Lionrock counselor has assigned >the Instant Check-In.
Social Network Comments on Other Member Posts
Your social network comment on another member’s post must be relevant to your recovery or relevant to the member on whose post you are commenting and must include at least three English words.
Redemption of Rewards Points
Redemption is currently automatic. Subject to Lionrock’s certification of a client’s Recovery Rewards Points, in its sole discretion, the accumulation of at least 200 Recovery Rewards Points will cause the Recovery Rewards System to deduct 200 points from the client’s account and send ten dollars ($10) of Starbucks gift credit to the client by electronic means. If the client already has a Starbucks gift card account, the client will have the option to add this credit to an existing Starbucks gift card account. If the client does not have such an account, the client will be prompted to create one in order to receive the Lionrock Recovery Rewards gift award.
If You Delete Activities You’ve Posted on the Social Network
If you delete an Instant Check-In posted to the social network, or a post or post comment on the social network from which you have earned Recovery Reward Points, those points will be subtracted from your Recovery Rewards account. Points earned by checking in to a Scheduled Check-In, scheduled by your Lionrock counselor, are earned from the on-time execution of the Check-In and are valid whether or not the Scheduled Check-In is shared with the social network.
Termination
Without notice to you, Lionrock reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Recovery Rewards Program Account and/or your participation in the Recovery Rewards Program (in whole or in part), if Lionrock determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Rewards Terms, you have more than one Recovery Rewards Program Account, or that the use of your Recovery Rewards Program Account or your participation in the Recovery Rewards Program is unauthorized, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Lionrock may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine Recovery Rewards Program Accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in the Recovery Rewards Program is terminated, you will not be able to redeem any accumulated Recovery Rewards Points.
Without notice to you, Lionrock also reserves the right to “unregister” a Recovery Rewards Program Account that is inactive and cause that Recovery Rewards Program Account to be ineligible for the Recovery Rewards Program. An inactive Recovery Rewards Program Account is defined as a Recovery Rewards Program Account that has not earned Recovery Rewards Points for one year.
